MARINA'S HALL
Port of Naoussa

After a summer filled with 20 unique music, theatre and dance events, theatre and dance events that filled the island of Paros with art, sounds and images, the Festival at the Park closes its curtains for 2025 in the most dynamic way possible: by hosting VELVET BUS 2025.
A multidimensional, traveling festival that visits islands and cities, stops in Paros, and transforms the Marina of Naoussa into a creative workshop and open space for celebration on October 2, 2025, with free admission.

VELVET BUS 2025, the country’s only travelling polymorphic festival, returns with force and makes a stop in Paros, hosted by the Environmental and Cultural Park of Paros.

A bus filled with artists – musicians, visual artists, filmmakers – travelling for the most part by sea, will visit three islands in the Cyclades and two cities, setting up five unique stations filled with concerts, exhibitions and video art.

What is the VELVET BUS

VELVET BUS started its engine 17 years ago and has been travelling periodically around Greece ever since, embracing the country with its activities. It is the only travelling multi-faceted festival, a continuation of VELVET GARDENS FESTIVAL, with a mission to highlight independent artistic creation and to connect local communities with international artistic hubs. At its core is the Velvet Roomcollective, founded by artists The Callas / Aris and Lakis Ionas along with a wide network of collaborators who, for the past 20 years, have been producing publications, films, concerts, and festivals.
